”This apartment was awesome. It was extremely clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and within walking distance of grocceries. The bed and linens were so comfortable and we loved the big couch to lounge on after long days walking around the city. Street parking in the area was ample and safe, and there were several bus stops close by to take you directly into Bologna & train station, about 20-30 min away. ”This place was PERFECT! Usually there might be something even a little thing that you'd find not quite right - but not here. This was such a great apartment! The location was perfect for exploring. It was so quiet for sleeping. It was clean and comfortable. We loved our stay here and highly recommend this beautiful accommodation.”

”The room was exactly as described, spacious, very clean with all of the listed amenities. This is not suitable hotel if you have mobility issues as you need to take stairs up to the 2nd floor in order to catch the lift up to the 4th floor, where one again we needed to take stairs up to the 5th floor. Finding the room initially was a bit of a challenge but we were happy with it once we figured it out and saw the views from all the window. Centrally located walkable area.”

”Would not go back! We knew we had to check in at the main hotel but once in the apartment if you needed anything you'd need to go to the hotel which was a 8 minute walk away. There was no direct line to the main reception. If you want the room cleaned or clean towels there is a 10 euro per day extra charge. The check in staff were polite and you could leave luggage there if needed. The room was very dark and dingy. It had a window but not much natural light came through as the room was on the...

”Talo ja huoneistot olivat tyylikkäät ja hyvällä sijainnilla. Huoneisto oli hyvänkokoinen 3-4 hlölle. Huoneisto parven ansiosta kaksi kerroksinen ja ylhäällä oli myös hyvän kokoinen makuuhuone. Yhteydenpito whatsappin kanssa sujui ripeästi, mutta ei tosin viikonlopun aikana. Huoneistosta puuttui kokonaan kaukosäädin toisen makuuhuoneen televisioon, joten sitä ei voinut käyttää. Pyynnöstä huolimatta kaukosäädintä ei toimitettu. Kuten koko huoneisto, niin kylpyhuoneet olivat oikein tyylikkäät....

”Well appointed and comfortable apartment within a short walk of Modena town centre. Perfect location and Stefanie was very responsive to any questions, dinner recommendations or parking advice! Well set up for a couple and good air conditioning too. Only comment is there is a small staircase that is quite steep from the lift up to the floor the apartment is on but this is no issue at all. Would certainly recommend!”
