”We arrived and at check in, I was asked to pay for the room when I had already paid for the room at the time of booking. I told the front desk person that it was already paid for but he insisted that the charge didn't go through. I paid at the front desk for the room. I then saw BOTH charges appear on my statements. I contacted the hotel and was told it was a hold and needed to wait 7 days. It is the 7th day and the charge is still on both cards.
The room smelled of mold and the bathroom was not...

”The room was very nice and comfortable. The front desk had everything ready when we arrived. Clerk was not the most congenial, but did what she needed to do. Didn't use the pool this trip, but it was available. We got in on the tail-end of breakfast, so it was a little scant, but that was to be expected.
