Come and enjoy Manitoulin's best sand and surf at our Beach Front Property. On site Volleyball paddle boarding, badminton, 260 ft of rippled sand stretched out before you on the worlds Largest Fresh water Island.

Property is fully Wheelchair accessible with a walk out at the lower level ramps at doors. Level ground to the beach front chairlift to the main level (unavailable being serviced)

This is a great space for a family reunion, work retreat, hunting party, girls weekend. Need RV space too? We are able to offer a max 2 spaces for an additional fee. There are two fully functional indoor kitchens. Outdoor cedar hot tub (runs in fall through winter.) Code entry allows you to arrive with a contactless access to the rental space.

The only others you may see will be walking along the roadway or beach front. It is a quite space to listen to the birds and watch the monarch butterflies enjoying the space with you. There is enough space to crank up some tunes and enjoy your stay.

Once you are here you will never want to leave. Rain or Shine it is a lovely space to gather. (pantry equipment, waffle maker, pizza stones, juicer, milkshake maker, ice cream maker, soda stream,) gas and electric kitchens, coffee bar, upper deck, BBQ, fantastic views of Lake Huron.

Ready to leave but don't want to pack your dirty clothes? No problem we have a washer and dryer on the lower and main levels to end your gathering as you wish.

We are in the process of building Two Beach Bunky's at the front of the property for use during your stay ( not available until early fall 2026 ) These spaces are not included in the total sleep spaces but do have a double bed in each, fridge, portable toilets, Hibachi BBQ's Spend the day at the beach without having to run back and forth. Use included in the total price.

Want to invite others over for the day or an event. There is one porta potty on site, currently while we build an outdoor bath and shower.
