âStaff was amazing. Front desk JACOB was so professional and helpful!! I canât say enough good things about the front desk clerk who helped us during our stay. On an extremely cold night, they took the time to help us find a jump for our car and did so with patience, kindness, and total professionalism. This level of service is rare and truly appreciated. They are a real asset to this hotel And deserves a raise.
Room was clean and nice and warm when we arrived after being outside on a below zero...

âThe hot tub and pool were a big decision maker and the rooms are beautiful staff are very nice and the hotel was pretty amazing. I highly recommend this hotel. Parking is across the street. Parking is a little steep tho. But all in all was a great experience. â

âWe had booked a room with breakfast, but they forgot to give us breakfast coupons when we arrived. It wasn't big deal though, our waitress got one for us after we ate. There was a big storm during our stay, and the windows started leeking - half the carpet was soaked, but it didn't bother us. Location is nice, you can easily walk to Dinkytown and Downtown where all the restaurants are. In nearby blocks there's nothing much, but 10-20 min walk gets you about anywhere.â
