”I was asked to leave this hotel for no reason day 1 of a 2 day stay and told by manager I would only be charged for 1 day. I was charged for 2 and Expedia did nothing to resolve the situation. I even called Expedia when I checked out and they confirmed this woth the hotel day 1. Would not recommend this hotel. Staff are rude and Expedia will not back you at all unless you pay for their insurance. ”

”All but one staff member were absolutely amazing. Their breakfast is great, way more options than we expected, the employee who takes care of the breakfast is super attentive as well. The fitness center is a little lacking, but better than nothing. The parking being paid is a little annoying but understandable. There are however,a lot of homeless individials walking through the lot (i believe a shelter is right behind the hotel) . The shower doors are all pretty much broken (they slide open...

”Caesar was very welcoming and kind at check-in. Only suggestion is to explain how parking works - I had to ask. The hotel and rooms are immaculate! The room was spotless, well-appointed and comfy. Loved it! Didn't realize there was a buger place/bar in the same building. There's a great restaurant about 2-3 blocks down the street called Salt & Flour Kitchen (not listed on the hotel website) which is fantastic! Extremely close to Target Field, but have to walk a bit to other restaurants...

”Overall, the property was nice for the price that we paid. It is close to the target center, which was nice for the concert we were attending. The only negative thing was when we arrived at 4:15 PM we were told our room wasn’t ready yet and check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM. That was a little frustrating as we had an event that we needed to get ready for. ”

”The ALoft is great value, but unfortunately my room was subject to a lot of noise, adjacent to elevators and facing a busy street. Front desk staff were all terrific. Bathroom was clean. Room itself could have used better vacuuming; crumbs on carpet from previous guests. I appreciated the in-room coffee!”
