”Everything was excellent. Breakfast was varied and fresh. Social hour on Wed with complimentary wine and appetizers was a pleasant addition to our stay. Very clean room and quiet parking is easily accessible but $25 a night. Would stay here again. It’s downtown”

”The property is very new. The area around it near the Henrico convention center is very new and construction is ongoing. Thus, the parking area is confusing. I am sure it will quickly improve as the improvements are completed. Breakfast was good with eggs and sausage/bacon included. I would return.”

”while the staff was very helpful, some things cannot be fixed. The assissted room shower curtain is way above the shower bottom. thus water all over the floor. The handle on the hand held shower was broken off and missing. I reported but nothing was done.
Being HOH, I need closed captions. Our TV had none and no could fix it.
So, all in all, we will not be stating there again.”

”The room, though small, was clean, the bed comfortable. The staff members were polite. There was plenty of parking. The food options were a few minutes drive away. ”I’m actually going to an attorney. This property manager violated all kind of laws. My main complaint was the elevator was broken for EIGHT days. When checked into hotel requires ALL persons show ID if staying. They made a COPY of my Drivers License and his DISABLE MILITARY VETERAN IDENTIFICATION. I can understand possibly two nights but 8 days unacceptable. Guest stayed in the room 3 DAYS because he could NOT WALK up/ down three floors EVERY TIME we leave the room.
