We arrived after 11 pm and were told to sit in reception for 1/2 hour due to a “software glitch”- in reality (this was later admitted) the hotel was overbooked. ”We loved the area of this property. We could walk everywhere and the neighborhood was safe and welcoming. The beds were sooo comfortable and lots of great personal touches. It was a bit tough to find (for future guests, you are looking for an upstairs unit) but once we settled in all went very well.”

”I had a nice stay at Graduate by Hilton Columbus. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very central downtown, which made it convenient for getting around. My only downside was the parking, which was $40 per day, but otherwise it was a solid stay.”
