Perfectly situated for both relaxation and exploration, the farmhouse offers a central location just minutes from everything you need. The historically recognized town of Jacksonville is only 5 minutes away, where you’ll find boutique shops, guided history tours, charming restaurants, and local wineries. Within 10 minutes, you can reach Medford, Central Point, the freeway, and the airport, making travel simple and stress-free. With eight wineries located within 7 minutes, the home places you in the heart of Southern Oregon’s wine country while still providing quick and easy access to nearby towns.


You will be provided with a secure link to your digital keycard, which includes everything you will need for your stay, including, check-in instructions, your house guide, area recommendations, requests for late check-out and early check-in, wifi information, access, parking and gate and door codes and more.

This almost 70 year old, charming farmhouse, sits on 3.5 acres. Though modest and affordable, it sits among expansive multi-million-dollar estates and vineyards. It offers a rare opportunity to experience one of the most beautiful and sought-after areas of Southern Oregon wine country—without the luxury price tag.

Surrounded by rolling hills, offering a peaceful country setting, the property is gated for privacy, with fruit trees, gardens, and wide open spaces. An old barn adds rustic charm to the grounds.

Start your mornings with coffee or tea on the front sitting area, where sweeping views of the valley open before you. Watch the sunrise over two of the region’s landmark mountains, filling the sky with color and illuminating the rolling hills below. A cozy fire pit makes this space just as inviting in the evenings or on cool days, perfect for conversation and stargazing.

SUNSET DINING BENEATH THE WISTERIA
Gather in the evenings beneath the wisteria-draped pergola, as the sun sets over rolling hills and neighboring estates, the sky glows with color, creating the perfect backdrop for meals, laughter, and lasting memories. Complete with BBQs, a large table, and a wine bar.

The House was well setup and Very Clean. The check-in process and getting the Codes to the property was not explained in the Rental process and it was last minute.
