”House is blocks away from Rogue Creamery and Coquette Bakery, centrally located to explore wineries on Rte 238, farmers markets in Medford and Ashland.The kitchen is very well equipped, supermarkets like Albertson's and Market of Choice are close by, we cooked every night.”

”We had a fantastic stay over the weekend for a ladies trip! Melissa was super responsive, the pool was awesome to chill at and the location was perfect. We did a night at the Britt Festival, a day of shopping in Jacksonville and then just hung on the property. We would definitely stay here again!”

”The host was easy to talk to and was very responsive. The home and the ADU was immaculately clean and oh so comfortable!! The home and the ADU had everything we needed during the entirety of our stay. It was a family friendly home with a ton of extra touches, such as blackout curtains, sheer privacy curtains, dog toys, books, games and a covered carport to keep our car from being super hot. We loved the park across the street and being able to walk everywhere from the home. We will be staying...

”I was able to have early check in. The private bathroom off the main room was tiny. Coffee and cocoa were nice. The beds were comfy but the accent lights didn’t work and the shampoo dispenser was broken. Price and location were nice.. may book again.. spider webs outside 🤔😊”

”The area is nice it’s near town. The house isn’t very clean. There’s stains on the carpet, The floor wasn’t clean. The silverware and knife’s played some were not washed they had previous guests stuff in them. The pots don’t work for cooking very well they are pretty old. We found 2 cockroaches in the kitchen unfortunately. The house is nice it just needs more keeping up with and for it to be cleaned.”

”Great place in a great location. Close to a lot of large stores and restaurants, I feel like the neighborhood was very safe, and plenty of space with three bedrooms and a couch that folds into a bed. It was very comfortable for myself and my group of employees that I took on a little trip over to Medford. Would definitely love to stay here again!”

”Where do I even start! My family and I loved everything this little home had to offer. It was so comfortable and felt like home. The bathroom was big and spacious while the beds were comfy as well. Thank you Wendy for letting us stay in your home while we were out playing on the river. It felt great to come back to a space that was cool and relaxing. We can’t wait to come back and visit.”

”Gina was unobtrusive but available. The house was lovely and we were welcomed to take advantage of the shared spaces in addition to the Cowgirl suite upstairs with its king bed ( so comfy!) We walked the couple blocks to the restaurants and shops of historic Jacksonville. Highly recommended 👍”
