"Been here many times, but this time was not as much of an enjoyment as before. Paid first night online, got upgraded. Decided to stay another night, asked the room price at reception and the price was almost double to online price, so paid online again and got downgraded to a room that was the poorest of all my visits in here. Furthermore, I was told that my first night payment was only a reservation fee, so I had to pay again. Happily they admitted their mistake, so hopefully I will be refunded... "
