”Shouldn't be termed luxury. It's like the Donald Trump of hotels, say it and it's so.
Air conditioning was not working. I don't term a queen bed as luxury, especially not one that moves everytime one of us moves.
The interleading door, while locked, is not soundproofed and that ensured hearing cackling from the neighbours after their night out until 4am.

”The location is in a junction and with big construction site next to it. Ask for a room in the higher floors. Ours was on the 1st floor and the smell from the next door gym was bad. Noise and dust from the construction. Breakfast and food in the restaurant was good and wifi worked ok, so the hotel is ok if you're on transit for 1 night. I wouldn't recommend for longer stays or if you're on holiday or romantic trip.”

BUT there was not said that the roof terrace was only if you get a room from upper floors. I was (and still am) very disappointed of that wrong information. ”The room was not clean. After telling the front desk thr came to the toilet. But after being in the room saw how the sheets were not clean bins not emptyed dust everywhere.
Restaurant service was terrible. The food i ordered was raw. Even after waiting 1 hour for the food. Overall very disappointing.
