”We were very happy with our stay at the Fairfield Inn in Buda, Texas. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Also, I really loved the area where the hotel is located and felt safe taking morning walks. I highly recommend staying here.”

”Room was clean and standard as expected. No ability on the TV to stream apps from home like Netflix, etc. and no premium channels for what it's worth, but complementary breakfast was exceptional, the entire facility was clean/tidy and staff were very friendly and accommodating. ”

”I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was very good in all aspects, including the cleanliness, service, comfort, and overall atmosphere. Free parking was very spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was well maintained. I also really appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which was a great added benefit and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a very good experience and would be happy to stay here again.”

”The staff were very nice and professional. The room was clean. The elevator wasn’t working but they had called ahead of time to let us know but I couldn’t find another hotel that was the same price or less in the area we wanted to we decided to stay there. The bed wasn’t very comfortable for us. Good if you like soft mattress, we prefer something a bit more firm. The hotel was a perfect location for our visit.”

”Though the lobby is ok and the staff helping me pleasant, this hotel is musty and water damaged, unfortunately. I could smell it on floors 2 and 3. 3 was the worst. My asthma was so bad, I had to flee my room at 9:00 at night and find another place to sleep. It wasn't a fun way to start off my vacation. Please professionally investigate and remediate the stucco siding for water intrusion and window failures which I saw. There happened to be a storm while I was there and water came in.”

”Our stay at the hotel was great. Breakfast was very good. The swimming pool was closed for maintenance but it was ok due to it rained that weekend.”

”Easy parking, super clean room, great hot water pressure ”

”All the amenities were "out of order" including pool, laundry, fitness room. The elevator was a mess with paper peeling off the walls and sounded like a roller coaster going down. The front door was taken apart at the top and one door didn't work. Christmas decor still up (it's May). Shower wouldn't drain and had sludge coming up. Room smelled like mildew and allergies flared up big time in there. Would NOT recommend. I have major sanitation and safety concerns and this place should be closed...

”I could have easily given the hotel a 5 star review but I couldn’t because of the low seating toilets. I initially thought the size of the toilet was designed only for smaller children. I am 5’5” and not overweight. When sitting on the toilet my knees were closer to my chin than parallel to the rest of my body. I’ve only experienced this type of problem with another Hampton Inn in New Mexico. I never thought I’d be sizing the toilet height before staying at another Hampton Inn.”

”The room was great, the service from the employee's was great but the upsetting part is that the website stated continental breakfast and there was none. VERY disappointing.”

”Rooms nice and clean. Staff was really polite and helpful. Breakfast was good. Kids loved the waffle maker. The pool area was nice clean. Overall it was a wonderful stay”

”No receipt was given to me when I had to check out early. We got there and there was a sign smoking 25ft from the door and someone was smoking next to the door and well as in there room on the third floor. Was kept up from running foot steps from the floor above me. Shower had a used soap and toothpick on top.”

”Clean safe & quiet property (despite being so close to highways,) staff helpful & friendly, had everything I needed & would stay again! (My dog also approved.) ”

”The type of room we booked wasn’t available at check-in. The hotel didn’t bother to notify us but did manage to send us an email about the parking fee. The hotel did put us in another type of room, but the sense was the hotel staff knew we couldn’t cancel. If we did we’d lose our money, so take it or leave it.”
