The food was amazing, the rooms were clean and comfortable and even with our adjoining door in our room we were not disturbed by our neighbors. ”

”We had no hot water for several hours and received different explanations from the staff. It did get fixed overnight but we could not take a shower and get ready for a concert we were in town for. Front Desk staff was not willing to extend checkout from 11am to Noon and was supposed to comp valet fee. ”
