”Felt very safe to walk the dog. Clean room. Hot water fir shower. Has Microwave & fridge in room. Coffee available all day. New washer & dryer. Pool looked refreshing. I was a little nervous prior to stay but all was well. Hotel has a water softner & great a/c & heat option that actually work as it should. Turned out much better than a high end place we stayed at.”

”We've stayed here several times and will continue to do so. Check-in is usually quick and easy. Several places to eat nearby, some within walking distance. Aldi is about a quarter of a mile if you need a few groceries. Queen rooms are adequate, King rooms are quite large. Be aware that rooms on the north side of the building can be noisy from truck trucks idling overnight at the adjacent truck stop. Breakfast here is STELLAR (except for disappointing coffee) and the breakfast attendant keeps...

”The front door was locked with a note that said, will be back at 6:00 PM. That was at 1:30 the day of a funeral I needed to be at , at 2:00. I wanted to shower and get dressed by 2:00. I had to change outside in a parking lot behind a dumpster down the road. When I called to cancel my reservation the guy gave me a bunch of SH@T about I signed the agreement , and check-in was not till 2:00. Check-in may have been 2:00, but the front door should have been open. No one answered the door when I...

”Room smelled like smoke, door lock didnt work”

”I am trying to get the $100.00 hold on the hotel back. Instead of it being a hold they charged my card the $100.00. I called and was told it would be a week for them to refund what was suppose to be a hold. It is 6 days and so far they have not credited us. We only slept there. There is no reason to charge for damages. No one was around when we left so I just put the keys on the counter at 6 AM. I have never had a hold actually charged before. Now I am fighting to get my hold money back....

”Everything was 10 out of 10 at this hotel! I will be looking for other Best Westerns when I travel now. The check-in was smooth and friendly. The breakfast was amazing, loved the yogurt parfait station and coffee/cappuccino machine. And they helped me get my second night canceled. Amazing service! ”

”Room was fairly clean the bathroom wasnt in the best shape. There was hair stuck to the shower wall, drain was slow probably from hair. It was quiet atleast. Ice machine in the office was absolutely disgusting. Other than that they did replace our dirty towels. Didnt make the bed but then again I hardly make my own bed! I highly doubt I would stay there again. ”

”Booked last minute, just passing through via work - traveling from Florida. The snow started falling about an hour before we got there and that super-hot jet tub was soooo nice! Breakfast was great too! Waffles, bagels, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, etc Would absolutely stay here again!”
