”This was the worst experience we have ever had. The cabins are absolutely toxic. They reek of fumes and formaldehyde! We could not breathe, had to open windows to try to get fresh air and left our stay early due to headaches and extremely hard beds. When we called to let them know that we were having to leave because the room was toxic, we were told “Yeah, some people have had to deal with that”. Are you kidding me??? Not only are the rooms toxic but they are FULLY aware of it and don’t care....

”The facility was in the process of being remodeled. They were working on the lobby when I arrived. My room appeared to have already been remodeled and was most excellent. It’s going to be a beautiful hotel once the construction work is finished. ”

”This property is aged, worn, and unsightly. Cleanliness was adequate but at some point you can't clean what is worn out. If there were more rooms available in this market, this property would not likely still be in operation. I would not recommend this property if your budget will support one of the other chains with higher property condition standards.”
