”We were given instruction to clear the trash at a specific location, which requires several minutes drive to get there. When we got there, the staff told us it requires a minimum of 10 dollar to dump trash. We were not informed about the cost at all! Another thing is we asked if we could street park the car and were told to read the local signs. As we didn't see any sign on the street, we parked one of our three cars on street and ended up getting a ticket of illegal parking. These incidents...

”Location costs, but the so called historic wing is just old and seen it’s best with paint coming off from door frames. No noise cancellation from the corridor. Bed was nice and comfortable. Check in was not a pleasant experience, no smiles or warmth and definitely not listening/ receiving mode from the guest. May be just East coast style.”
