It’s centrally located is Lastarria which affords you several bar and restaurant options within a few steps from the hotel lobby. Complimentary breakfast is also a very nice way to kick off your day. I would like to mention everyone, but unfortunately I don’t remember all their names. Every employee provides outstanding service, and that truly makes a difference! Juan from the reception team was one of them. The hotel’s location and cleanliness were also very good.”

”The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. It is practically in the heart of the city but still in a rather quiet area. There was a big and beautiful park right in front of the hotel which was a big bonus. You could just step out of the front door and go and sit on one of the park benches. There were a few problems as well. Even though our room was on the eighth floor, we could hear practically everything that was going on on the street level; passing cars, the occational dogs barking...

Edison (front desk) at check-in was incredibly helpful — he handled our overseas packages with ease and went out of his way to satisfy every need we had. ”Hotel is located in a nice old building and the rooms are old, in a good way. Some rooms seemed to be a bit of a labyrinth, but that’s one of the downsides of a old building. Rooftop swimming pool is more like a bathtub on the roof, and we were not very amazed with the rooftop bar either.”

”Apartment was great! Lots of sun during the day. If you plan to work from there, use a cushion. The chairs are not meant for all-day use. Takes a few minutes for the water to get hot, but it is nice and hot. The central courtyard has a pool with loungers and umbrellas and is perfectly sunny from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. There are a ton of small cafes and restaurants in the area with wifi, including a beautiful cafe right on the corner that serves great food! There's a convenience store on the same...
