”All of the staff at Hotel Mondego - from the front desk, to the kitchen, to the room service and the rooftop bar — were exceptional. They truly made us feel welcomed and attended too throughout our stay! The accommodations were clean, spacious, and comfortable and the hotel was in perfect walking distance of all there is to see in Coimbra. 100% would stay again. ”

”Hôtel exceptionnel! Vue sur la vallée à couper le souffle. Le personnel est très gentil. La vue des deux piscines est incroyable. Les chambres sont parfaites. Le petit déjeuner buffet est copieux. À recommander: moment de bonheur assuré!”

”It was nice, convenient and staff was knowledgeable. Reception staff was helpful, long with the restaurant and gift shop attendant. Checkout out day before 11am housekeeping knock once and entered while we are getting ready to leave. They could use more towels in room.”

”De suite die we hadden was in het nieuwe gedeelte van het hotel. Dit gedeelte ziet er top uit. De suite was geweldig. Geen idee hoe de kamers in het oude gedeelte zijn. Ontbijtzaal weinig sfeervol en ontbijtbuffet was OK. Goed werkende wifi en prima parkeren (overdekt en gratis). Bij aankomst ca 35 minuten moeten wachten in een rij voordat ik kon inchecken. Het was verschrikkelijk druk. Volgens de baliemedewerker kwam dit omdat het hoogseizoen is. ”

”Amazing place! Great buffet breakfast and also an option to have the breakfast on the barrel terrace. The only minus was that I was travelling with a friend and requested to have two separate blankets. There was an extra in the closet but no cover to it. When calling again to ask for the separate blanket we were broaght 4 extra sheets but still no cover to the extra blanket. (The barrels seem to be more for couples travelling but it would be nice if the hotel would accomodate for others as well...
