”We were put in a room with an ensuite bathroom that was the disabled bathroom for the complex. It was restricted for our use only so that would have been okay. However there was a strong sewer smell that was revolting. There was no body wash in the dispenser or in the bathroom of the other room we rented. The room was dusty and the windows were nailed shut. Not acceptable .”

”This is an old house, with some interesting history & furnishings. It is not a hotel, it’s a B&B, with 3-4 bedrooms and the owners live upstairs. The ( ensuite) bathrooms are very dated. The ( included) breakfasts are served at 9am, but the staff are very helpful and did provide breakfast earlier when we asked. The house overlooks Regua across the River, it’s only a 20-minute walk into that town which has a couple of good restaurants for dinner. The town of Lamego is further, about a 15-minute...

”Spectacular B&B! The suite apartment was stunning, large and comfortable. Sparkling clean and also so beautifully decorated! The balcony has a beautiful view. The common areas are also amazing for hanging by the pool or grabbing a drink. The service was also incredible! Breakfast was delicious and very complete with lots of local charm. ”
