”Perfectly location and a beautiful hotel.”

”Fantastic in every way. The location could not have been better for exploring the city, the staff was incredibly helpful and the amenities were above-and-beyond. Clean comfortable rooms (with robes!), evening walks around the capital, and great food downstairs and within walking distance. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.”

We ordered room service which was totally overpriced. A small burger came in a plastic container with wobbly plastic cutlery.”

Period. No instruction on the elevator, no information given. The room was nice and clean. The toilet cubicle smelled like it was not cleaned. ”We had a wonderful stay at the Willard. The hotel’s historic elegance, unbeatable location, and exceptional service made our trip especially memorable. We booked a Junior 2 Queen Bed Suite, which worked perfectly for our family. The separate sitting area with a pull-out couch gave our kids their own space to sleep. ”Favorite place to stay in DC. There was a problem with the A/C but maintenance fixed it right away. Staff is courteous and the rooms are spacious.”

”Bathrooms had a handicap, walk in shower with detachable shower head. Great for all! And safer too. Lobby Coffee/tea service needs to be available at times posted. I was there at 7 am and had to wait until 7:30 for coffee and had meetings on the Hill at 8 am.”
