Prior to arrival, Fernando helped us secure a great deal on a car rental with a company that was conveniently able to do pickup/drop-off at the hotel for no extra charge. ”The hotel is nice and very clean. Breakfast was good with enough options. The room was maybe a little bit worn out (mainly the kitchen) but it didn't bother us. Super quiet. Part of the reception staff would maybe need an improvement in their attitude, a few of them were not very welcoming and it seemed that they were not very keen on resolving the customer's questions. After all many times the quality of the customer service is what makes the difference.”

It is very green and natural and there is a lot of wildlife you can hear and see. To improve the stay, I would recommend putting fans in the room or an air conditioner.
