”The hotel it's clean. The staff is welcoming, helpful, and very friendly. The location is not adequate, I didn't like it because the area looked dangerous and dirty, but it wasn't that bad. The hotel is near to the beach, you have to walk for about 5 minutes to get in. I recommend the hotel, you get what you piad for, just arrived with your own car, because there is not transportation near to the hotel. Extra points for the A/C.”

La habitación era claro que no estuvo preparada, no había toallas ni shampoo ni jabón y nosotros llegábamos viajando todo el día. 3. El hotel no tiene mantenimiento ni limpieza. 4. Cuando quisimos expresar nuestra opinión nos dijeron simplemente que había esa pieza y si es que no nos gustaba que nos fuéramos. Obviamente a esa hora de la noche...

”My husband and I had a great stay! We were steps from the beach and staff was so accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was always fresh and delicious. They also were able to arrange my pick-up and drop off for the airport. Overall great experience, definitely recommend. ”

Before arrival I tried arranging airport transport via the hotel’s WhatsApp, but only received automated replies. They finally responded on the day of arrival, saying they couldn’t provide transport. Thankfully, we found a great taxi driver at the airport. Check-in went smoothly, but they forgot to give us wristbands, which caused issues the next day.
