”Beautiful appartement with amazing view on the Matterhorn. We were a family of 8 staying in the 4 bedrooms penthouse. We loved our stay there and the wellness spa area was a lovely way to recover after a day of hiking. The only comment we have is about the kitchen supplies. If you want to cook a meal for 8 persons, there is very limited kitchen supplies. No scissors, no cutting board, no cheese grater, only 2 small cooking pans. We made a cheese fondue and there were only 6 cheese fondue forks....

”Property is not accessible through road as it is on the hill and no road is leading to there. You have to take the Gornergrat train for one station to reach the property. Ticket cost is CHF17 one way which is quite costly. Flat 16 does not have any view to Matterhorn so avoid booking this one to avoid disappointment. Flat is clean and properly manager is very helpful. ”

”Altough it is located at some distance from "downtown", it is a good and very quiet area. Our view of the Matterhorn, especially in the morning, was just awesome. We had a very good service by the personal attached to the house. Highly recommandable ”

”House Venus 2 was comfortable for our family of 8. Beds were cozy, kitchen was functional to make meals, and the location was perfect to walk around and explore Zermatt. It is about a 10 minute walk from the train station with luggage. We enjoyed eating and playing games around the dining table and relaxing on the balcony with views of the Matterhorn! ”

”Phenomenal living space in a phenomenal location and phenomenally we'll run by Frau Bauer. We were lucky enough to get this apartment when the previous renter unexpectedly had to cancel. Four large bedrooms, four modern and well equipped bathrooms, in floor heating, a great kitchen, a magnificent dining area with ample seating for 8 to 12 people two terraces, an incredible view of the Matterhorn, and a private elevator to both floors of this unit make this one of the best spaces my family has...

”Eine sehr gemütliche, charmante und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Die Lage ist für Zermatt top, fußläufig erreichbar sowohl die Talstation Glacier paradise als auch die Geschäfte in der Bahnhofsstraße. Für Menschen größer als 1,90 könnten die niedrigen Decken insbesondere in den Schlafzimmern allerdings anstrengend sein... Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!”

”Établissement bien entretenu. Ménage appart en apparence ok mais en profondeur pas du tout. Manque de chauffage 5 heures de temps. Appart mal chauffé le reste des vacances. 3 verres et deux coupes à vin pour un appart de 6 personnes. Bien situé et confortable au niveau du mobilier. Concierge au top. ”

”We had a wonderful stay in this apartment between Christmas and New Year. The apartment is well located beside slope 3, and therefore a short walk/pole ski to the piste in the morning and then a short ski down to a convenient chairlift to access the slopes. With the advantages of ski in/out it does mean that the apartment is a 10 minute walk down the hill into town (and back up) for restaurants and groceries. The apartment itself is newly redecorated with comfortable furnishings and bedrooms....

She made some amazing recommendations for everything from restaurants to a good experienced guide for paragliding in the valley! The room and hotel spa, pool, and bar/breakfast room were all cozy, comfortable, and inviting! We can’t wait to go back! ”
