”Rooms were both clean and ready for occupancy. Requested additional towels and received them quickly. Breakfast was a bit pricy. Our boys enjoyed the pool very, very much.”

”This is a fairly new, smallish hotel. The room and beds were comfortable. Cleaning staff, if I remember correctly, cleaned the room every other day, which was fine for us. The room with 2 queen beds is long and narrow, with a useful seating area at one end but not much storage, and a bit of a tight squeeze between the bed and the desk. Bathroom is nice and clean. ”Historical property recently updated. Great location, so close to UC-Berkeley, BART and restaurants. Our only complaint was the trifecta of noise generators in our room - the wall A/C, an auxiliary A/C unit and the loudest small fridge we have ever encountered. But the shower was great, the bed was very comfortable.”

”The folks at Sens Hotel were so helpful and kind. I canceled one room on Expedia 48 hours before, but it didn't show up as canceled for Hotel Sens', or on Expedia for that matter. Sens canceled the room on their end, then Expedia showed the upcoming refund. The folks at Sens were very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely go back. The hotel is right in the middle of North Berkeley's foodie row.”

”The price and quality of the hotel was a good match for me. The staff was friendly and helpful. The was nice, comfortable, and everything worked appropriately. The neighborhood had plenty to choose from fir shopping, dining, and entertainment. In my case the walk to the train station was tricky due to the numerous overpasses that surrounds the area and Google maps telling me to down streets that we're not passable.”
