”Muy limpia la habitación y zonas comunes. El personal, amable. La ubicación, excelente. Una pena no haber podido dejar el equipaje en consigna hasta la salida del barco, pues se nos indicó que a las 11:30 h (chek-out) se cerraban las puertas y dentro no había nadie. Y no hay recepción física, sino códigos para la entrada. Lo demás, estupendo. Se ve bastante nuevo y cuidado. ”

”This hotel belongs to the best hotels in Melilla. It is located near the centre of the town, and there is also a nice and clean beach nearby. Service is good and friendly, and it was nice to note that today it was available in the reception also in English. Rooms are clean and in good condition. Breakfast is good, not luxurious, but contains everything it sould contain. The only negative aspect was that the restaurant of the hotel seems to be open very irregularly at dinner time.”

”1.how does this hotel be rated as 4*? Everything is so rundown and dusty 2. Zero towels in my Presidential Room. I had to ask for them. 3. No Kleenex in room 4. The towels delivered to my room all smelled like cigarette smoke 5. Pebbles in the shower room flower has some missing pebbles 6. Floor is so worn out 7. No bellboy to help with luggage 8.I was told at check-in that buffet breakfast would be served until 11am. When I got there at 10:40am but was refused service. ”

”An old and respectful building, but it did not quite meet our expectations for a four-star hotel. The beds were not very cosy and the blankets especially were quite thin. The view was not much either. However, the location was brilliant, breakfast was even a bit above our expectations, and the service was always friendly. We enjoyed our stay and the hotel served as our base camp and safe haven from where to explore this intriquing city.”

”Rent och fräscht hotell samt rum. Rummet tillräckligt rymligt en natt för två vuxna och en tonåring. Bekväma sängar och te/kaffe på rummet. Från fönstret hade vi utsikt mot berget precis mittemot, trapphuset vette mot baksidan och man kunde se flygplanen landa. Vi kom med bil från Spanien och hotellet låg strax efter gränsen, men det var lätt att missa var man skulle svänga in. Vi utsågs en parkeringsplats vid incheckning. Det bästa med hela vistelsen var hotellpersonalen som var utomordentligt...
