Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä, aamiainen riittävä ja hyvä. Hotelli on hieman vanha ja kulunut, mutta täydet pisteet siisteydestä. Maisemat hulppeat yli koko Melillan kaupungin. Ainoa heikko puoli on, että koska hotelli sijaitsee kukkulan päällä, niin kaupungilta sinne kipuaminen kesähelteessä ottaa voimille, vaikka matka ei...

Hotel is bit oldfashion, but still in good condition.
Unfortunately pool (why I choosed the hotel) was out of order, but friendly hotel manager agreed to give us a free breakfast instead.”
”An old and respectful building, but it did not quite meet our expectations for a four-star hotel. The beds were not very cosy and the blankets especially were quite thin. The view was not much either. However, the location was brilliant, breakfast was even a bit above our expectations, and the service was always friendly. We enjoyed our stay and the hotel served as our base camp and safe haven from where to explore this intriquing city.”
”This hotel belongs to the best hotels in Melilla. It is located near the centre of the town, and there is also a nice and clean beach nearby. Service is good and friendly, and it was nice to note that today it was available in the reception also in English. Rooms are clean and in good condition. Breakfast is good, not luxurious, but contains everything it sould contain. The only negative aspect was that the restaurant of the hotel seems to be open very irregularly at dinner time.”

L'hôtel frôle la perfection à tous les niveaux : un service irréprochable, toujours aux petits soins, avec une équipe attentionnée et chaleureuse.
Le spa est un vrai havre de paix, idéal pour une déconnexion totale. La plage est magnifique, propre et paisible, un vrai plaisir.
Les restaurants sont excellents, avec des plats raffinés et variés.
Rien à redire : tout était parfait, du début à la fin. Une expérience inoubliable, que je recommande les yeux fermés...
"Booked for wrong night and immediately asked to change it, hotels.com would not help and neither would the reception. The reception was rude and just pointed at hotels.com. Had to take another hotel."
"Rent och fräscht hotell samt rum. Rummet tillräckligt rymligt en natt för två vuxna och en tonåring. Bekväma sängar och te/kaffe på rummet. Från fönstret hade vi utsikt mot berget precis mittemot, trapphuset vette mot baksidan och man kunde se flygplanen landa. Vi kom med bil från Spanien och hotellet låg strax efter gränsen, men det var lätt att missa var man skulle svänga in. Vi utsågs en parkeringsplats vid incheckning. Det bästa med hela vistelsen var hotellpersonalen som var utomordentligt trevliga och hjälpsamma, både i receptionen och kvinnan i baren gjorde hela kvällen för oss. Efter utcheckning fick vi ha kvar bilen på parkeringen medan vi var på en utflykt. Tack, vi skulle gärna återvända!"
