”We stayed at KK Sapa Hotel in September 2025. Although it is advertised as a 5-star hotel, our experience did not meet expectations.
Upon entering our first room on the 17th floor, we immediately noticed a strong, pungent smell resembling urine. The smell was not coming from the bathroom but was strongest at the entrance. ”Lots of good things to say here! Let’s start with the amazing staff! They answered all our questions and even helped us booked tickets for Fansipan plus the shuttle back to Hanoi! Secondly, the views were spectacular! We were lucky to catch a few sunrises and sunsets and they were breathtaking! Lastly, our room was clean and we used the pool and gym every morning! Would stay again if we find our way back to Sapa! Extra shout out to Mun and Anna! ”

”Sapaxa Spring Garden Ecolodge has been the highlight of our trip to Sapa. It truly has been an immersive experience in the beautiful and peaceful countryside. The bungalow style suites consisted of comfortable, cozy beds and bedding which includes all the necessities that any hotels can offer.
