”It was ok. I wouldve liked a little fridge and microwave in the room. Yes there is access to each but in the lobby. No ice machine anywhere is unheard of for me.”

”They had remodeled. Didn’t like that they had no where to hang clothes. Should put something by iron to hang clothes. Take time to clean bathroom floor better in corners. Otherwise it was good. Have more meals selection than just pork on breakfast buffet.”

”The hotel and lobby were nice. The room was good as weak except for some kind of moldy/musty smell that would show up. I couldn’t pinpoint where it was coming from, but suspect it was from the carpet behind the bed headboard. Staff are nice. Location is in a sketchy area, some homelessness is present and most of the shops are shutdown around the hotel. Parking is not included, breakfast is not included. ”Chaotic front desk area in the evening when we tried to check in. We (and about six other people) had to wait over ten minutes before a staff member arrived to take care of us. Clearly management doesn’t schedule enough staff I the evenings. The hotel was fine, but definitely not worth the price. We should have stayed across the street at the Springhill for half the price.”

”I had asked at check in if I could modify the length of my stay by one day. They said call Expedia, it’s not our decision. So I called Expedia and they said sure but had to ask the hotel if it was okay. After waiting on hold for 10 min, Expedia told me the hotel said no way. So I gave up trying and ate the lost cost. The hotel overall was average. The air conditioning was great!”

”What a beautiful hotel. Very very clean, well managed and super helpful and friendly staff. Ample parking, the pool is nice and well maintained. Dover the restaurant attached to the hotel was wonderful. We had a great meal and cocktails, and everything was top notch. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again and again.”

”The hotel was great. Front desk staff was great especially Chris! The restaurant had very good food but it wasn’t room service. I had a standard 2 queen room which was clean with a large tv. They have a separate elevator connected for the skyway. It’s a great place and I would stay again”
