”Our stay was a dream come true. The hotel facilities feel like staying in a museum, full of history and beauty. The staff went above and beyond, Lucia the concierge made sure we were taken care of, she went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The servers at breakfast and dinner were so kind and offer us off menu items and never stopped asking if we needed anything else. The location of the hotel is perfect to enjoy beautiful landscapes and a peaceful atmosphere. The spa is amazing!!...

”We had a wonderful stay at Sierra Sacred Valley, it turned out to be the perfect choice to acclimatize to the high altitude. The staff couldn't have been friendlier, they were genuinely concerned about my altitude sickness (which wasn't that severe, but maybe I looked worse than I felt) and offered some remedies. Luis told us all about the area, a lot you wouldn't get from tourist guides, and also took us on a lovely hike up the mountain behind us. The food in the restaurant was great,...

”I can recommend this sanctuary of a hotel for the beauty, service, breakfast , comfortable bed, sound of the river, trail behind the hotel and the bathtub ( a rare find in the sacred valley. ”Amazing room with hot tub two beds at different levels which creates a feeling of privacy without being in separate rooms. We went with our two small children and they had the most awesome pack and play for our baby. Food was delicious! The whole place is a dream and the spa was fantastic!”

”The staff were super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to cook us with delicious vegan food. Their potato soup and guacamole were incredibly delicious! They also helped us by driving us to the Salt Mines of Maras, Moray & Ollantaytambo for a reasonable price. They had warm water and good WiFi connection which isn’t always the norm in Peru. Highly recommend if you’re in Urubamba. ”
