”We loved the atmosphere of the cabin and surrounding acreage. Great location for heading all around the Salmon area. Place was clean. Minimally stocked kitchen. The mattress seamed old and unsupportive. Slept just ok. No bathroom fan.”

”The bed was clean and comfortable, but there are definitely some issues with maintenance. The sink didn’t drain well at all and took several minutes after each use to clear out. The shower was also not cleaned very well, and the water took long amounts of time to adjust temperatures. Overall, I can’t say I’d really recommend Sacajawea Inn, but I also wouldn’t say it’s a place to avoid entirely. If you are planning on staying there, I’d keep my trip short and expectations relatively low.”

”Beautiful scenery. Very comfortable beds. We didn’t fully understand that there were no restaurants close by. We ended up driving 20 miles to Salmon to get our dinner.”

”I found some bugs in various parts of the cabin. Otherwise, everything was fine; however, there is a horse on the property, but it doesn't have a shelter to protect it from the sun—I think they should build one for it.”

”The Goldbug Retreat is a fully furnished studio apartment, tastefully decorated and feeling like home. It was super clean and dog friendly; dog bowls were provided! We enjoyed the grassy area with garden furniture and a creek. Down the block is the trailhead to the hot springs. Amanda communication was superb, check-in was a breeze - and she even mailed us the items we left behind in the armoire.”
