The property has a handful of large ponderosa trees providing shade for much of the property and making it a great place to enjoy being outside in the middle of Chama's cool summers. The home was previously owned by a finish carpenter and it shows throughout the house with beautiful trim and woodwork. Central heat and air provides comfort inside not available in most Chama area homes. For guests looking to still be connected to the digital world Starlink Internet is provided to connect at high speeds.
