”Overall the stay at as good, wish they offered a little more for breakfast though. Also housekeeper just walked into our room before we even checked out, check out time was 11 and she just came walking in shortly after 10am. Did not even knock”

The hotel doesn't really have a common space or any place to gather, nor outside seating other than a smokers bench, just a small single sofa in the main room which shaped odd and dim inside. the room was not in good shape, missing part of the windows and wasn't able to be locked, on the first floor. Someone had attached a small thumb screw thing, so you could open the window but the actual assemble was missing half inside security glass and...

”Wish they had an elevator. Room was clean. Hotel was quiet. Convenient location. Conforttable mattress. Nice continental breakfast including hot items. Toilet in the room was very low. Difficult for anyone with mobility issues, tall and elderly. .”

”A real nice jacuzzi but it took help to get hot water. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall a very nice stay. A lot of hiking trails almost out the back door. I would recommend this place”

”We were able to check in a little early, which we appreciated. The room was a standard hotel room with a wonky sitting area that was too crowded to be comfortable. The breakfast was not great - super small area, out of food, out of coffee, crabby employees trying to get through, no seats available... We were part of a group, and others were given a room where the thermostat didn't work. The hotel knew about it when renting the room, never sent someone to fix it after being informed, and...

”First of all I must compliment housekeeping. The room was fresh and clean, the the hall ways vacuumed. The room was quiet and we did not hear our neighbors even though the property was sold out. However, there was the inedible "full" breakfast. Besides cereal and bagels (etc.) there were only prepackaged breakfast sandwiches that had questionable ingredients to reheat in a microwave. Of note was something called "bacon" that was more like a thinly sliced spam-like product sitting on a rubbery...

”The staff were so nice. We came to run Grandma's Marathon and they had the place decorated, welcome bags in our room and an extra early breakfast for the runners! It made the stay even better!”

”Reminds me of some of the best hostels I stayed in while traveling in Europe. Super clean, very modern, and a great vibe. Joe was there when we checked in, and was super helpful in helping us get settled. Great retail store below, and a cool looking bar as well (window-shopped the store, didn’t hit the bar). It is a hostel, so be prepared for shared bathrooms, etc., but we expected that and it was all in all a great stay. Will totally stay there again!”

”Clean room. Very spacious. Loved having a full kitchen. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Super value for a family to stay here. Close to canal park. Only issue was the confusion with where to park and how much it would cost.”

”Our stay was perfect for what we needed! The check in and out process was simple and fast! The Breakfast was handy! The Staff was great! The pool option was great (hope to utilize next time). I will add that the architecture and layout of the rooms was a bit out of the ordinary. It's a bit hard to explain, but I defiantly got lost at first. However, that would not deter me staying again!”

”We were put on the 6th floor. We were in town for a concert and when we returned the elevator was broken. My girlfriend has asthma and I have a bad knee. They gave us a refund and I thought that was cool.”
