Nestled in the beautiful countryside of Argentière, the chalet boasts breathtaking panoramic mountain views. Spread over three levels, it combines contemporary design with warm alpine wooden touches, creating a welcoming and refined atmosphere. The open-plan living area features an elegant lounge with two sofas, a wood-burning stove, and large picture windows opening onto the terrace and the pool. Several outdoor seating areas have been arranged around the heated pool, allowing guests to fully enjoy the spectacular surroundings.

The dining area, located next to the living room, features a table seating 10 guests. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is separated from the rest of the room by a breakfast bar, ideal for quick snacks. It includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, as well as a fondue set, raclette machine, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

A spiral staircase leads to two bedrooms and a private cinema room, perfect for cosy movie nights. The lower-ground-floor lounge is a true relaxation space, offering comfortable sofas, a large screen, a modern wood-burning stove, a workspace suitable for laptops, a library, and even an exercise bike for active guests. For ultimate relaxation, a sauna is available in the basement.

Sleeping Arrangements

- Bedroom 1: Located under the wooden eaves, featuring a double bed, flat-screen TV, wardrobe, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom.
- Bedroom 2: A cosy attic bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom.
- Bedroom 3: On the ground floor, opening onto the terrace near the pool, with a double bed, wardrobe, flat-screen TV, desk, and en-suite bathroom.
- Bedroom 4: On the lower ground floor, with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and en-suite bathroom.

Bathrooms

All bathrooms are en-suite. Three feature walk-in showers, while the fourth (connected to Bedroom 2) includes a full bathtub. Each bathroom is equipped with a washbasin and WC. An additional independent WC is located on the ground floor.

The property also features a separate, independent mazot accommodating up to 2 additional guests, increasing the total capacity to 10 people. Located in the chalet’s private garden, it is equipped like a self-contained studio, with a kitchenette, a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC, and storage space. Ideal for a couple or guests seeking privacy while remaining close to the main chalet.

Location

The chalet is situated in a quiet area at the southern end of Argentière village, just a 15-minute walk from the Grands Montets cable car and ski shuttles. The Chosalets slopes, perfect for beginners and children, are only a 9-minute walk away. Surrounding ski areas cater to intermediate and advanced skiers, with higher slopes offering late-season skiing, sometimes until May.

All the amenities of the Chamonix valley are within easy reach. The Iles Grassonet Mont-Blanc Express train station is a 15-minute walk away and provides free train services throughout the valley.

In summer, outdoor activities are endless: hiking and mountain biking trails, rafting, golf, climbing, paragliding, and horse riding. Excellent restaurants and bars for all budgets can be found nearby, while the weekly Argentière market (Sunday mornings, in season) offers the freshest local produce.

Geneva Airport is just a 1 hour 20 minute drive away, ensuring easy access to this exceptional Alpine retreat.
