Nicole & her husband were excellent hosts who made us feel very much at home. Her breakfasts were a morning feast which we looked forward to with relish: nothing was too much for Nicole. ”We wanted to stay in a hotel near Champagne houses in Epernay and Reimes. It is close to Epernay in a small town called Ay-Champagne. The hostess was lovely in greeting us during checkin. She requests checkin between 5-7. She does a private tasting or Sacret Champagne during your stay. She had a delicious breakfast each morning. Our room was very comfortable, updated and quiet. There are only 4 rooms at this inn. It was a perfect place to stay as a base while in Champagne.”
