”Property (flat) was fantastic- we shall go again as we transit through Epernay regularly. Entrance was interesting but not a problem once you are in the apartment. A lot of stairs to climb but most will cope with that OK. Overall an excellent base for Epernay. Much better than a hotel as you can chill in style (we had the cheese course and an extra bottle of champagne in the apartment - probably saved more than the fee for the apartment !!!) Enjoy……”

Le gîte de la miellerie est spacieux et bien équipé, sa localisation idéale et bénéfice d’une vue sur les vignobles. ”The apartment itself is very nice. Newly renovated in a smart modern style and with great views of the surrounding vineyard. It is well appointed (but is missing a dishwasher). However the communal hallway and staircase is rather scruffy with a bad smell just outside the apartment door. Not the fault of the host, but the booking did not include the street number for the property, which meant we spent quite some time looking for it before being able to reach the host. ”

”I want to give a 4.5 star rating. The host was super friendly and accommodating and the room was modern and tasteful. She even helped us with our bags as like most apartments there was no elevator. My only note was that the heat could not be adjusted and it was late December, though it was ok when sleeping at night. Location was excellent and close to everything.”

”Kolawolé’s apartment is wonderful. It is clean, well-equipped and easy to access. The biggest highlights were the beautiful park the apartment is set in - with a free splash park, playgrounds, football area and pretty gardens. The apartment itself was great for us - we especially appreciated the blackout window shutters which made for great sleep, the travel cot with a comfy thick mattress and the manuals that helped us use oven etc. Even when the heat outside was nearly 35 degrees the apartment...
