Woodridge 9117 has five steps for entry, is multi-level, and offers internet

access. This premier-rated home accommodates up to nine guests and is not pet

friendly.



There are fourteen steps up from the entry foyer to the living room, which

features a flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace. The fully functional kitchen

includes an island with two stools, and the dining room seats eight. This

level also has a queen bedroom with a flat-screen TV and a full bath.



Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms: the first offers a queen bed, a flat-

screen TV, and a full bath; the second has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a

full bath; and the third features a pyramid bunk bed, a flat-screen TV, and a

full bath.



Located in the Villages community, Woodridge provides complimentary shuttle

service to the slopes. The deck does not have a gas grill.



All homes include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry

detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living room,

dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included) and a

fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and

toilet tissue.



Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on

location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site

within the communities.



During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis/basketball courts

and community pools. In addition, all condo guests are welcome to utilize the

resort's main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required).
