”Stayed here on a snowmobiling trip for 5 days. Very nice place, excellent access to the trails. Very clean, simple and convenient. Will be staying here annually from here on out. I wish I could give more stars!! The one “downside” is there could be a little more space for parking. I had a truck and a 18 foot enclosed trailer and we fit ok. Any bigger might be tough! ”

The setting is peaceful and private, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out while still spending time together. ”The hotel was well worn. We booked here because of location to Ishpeming and for that I would give it 5 stars. The breakfast was nice. We picked this hotel because of the pool. We were very disappointed because the pool and hot tub were closed upon our arrival. We were told it was being serviced. On the third day the pool was still closed but the hot tub was operating. Having three children under 9 it was very disappointing. We were never offered the use of the outdoor pool on the owners other...

”We arrived to checking and there was a sign on the door...gone to shower...phone numbers to call wich went unanswered. It took us 45 minutes and many calls to get the manager and first she gave us a room that the door won't lock then she gave us a room that the door did lock but you could see outside all around the door. It is very old and not kept up. It appears as though in 2 of the rooms that people are living there. They didn't have the queen bed to were told we would get instead 2 double...

”Found these cottages by chance & we’re so grateful. It seemed that EVERY other place was booked; required multiple night stays, or would not allow pets. Our request was granted promptly thru VRBO, as usual. Admittedly, it was strange not having a hotel clerk to admit us, but we were used to it w VRBO.
