”We would not recommend at this state if your on vacation. Maybe for business it would be ok. The staff was very friendly. On more than one occasion we didn’t have hot water and in one room the toilet didn’t flush and the AC did not work. Hotel needs an upgrade. Pool was closed. The surroundings of the hotel also looked desolate. Empty restaurants etc and poor landscaping. The landscaping of the hotel was ok.”

”DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY! the homeless run in an out of the property all day and all night, rooms smell like they’ve been getting smoked in since the 1500s, trash all over the parking lot, stained amenities, overall was a HORRIBLE experience. Lucky I have friends and family who live in Houston so I didn’t NEED to stay there! Very disappointed. If I could leave negative stars I would”

”I saw the reviews and believed them, and I’m so glad. My room was pristine, it had all new furniture, and was upgraded to be very modern and sleek. On the outside, it looks like just a well-maintained motel, but the rooms are better than any motel. I had a peaceful night’s sleep, the temperature was perfect, the refrigerator worked, the shower was clean and worked well, and we loved having an ironing board and a blow dryer.”

”The property had everything we needed. The only complaint is that someone walked into the room that was supposedly working on an AC and walked into the wrong room. My daughter was alone and was mortified. They apologized and he didn’t try to stick around but knocking is essential. We asked for a do not disturb sign and had no additional issues. ”

”The front office staff is very kind, in exception of one new guy who was obviously new, but the staff is nice. The property needs an upgrade. The price is way too high to not take pride in the property and keep the furniture looking new at least by painting it. It is in a nice area with shops nearby. Keep the pool clean & update that outside furniture! I am a repeat customer & I will be back. I just hope the executives will spend the money to restore and update this place!”

”Recently stayed here while attending a wedding. The property has a new feel to it, which made us excited. When checking in, the staff were very friendly and the process went quickly. The room was quite clean. All new appliances. However, the interior is a bit confused. The kitchen has a stove/fridge/microwave, but all of the cupboards are empty. The beds are on the firm side and there are no spare pillows or blankets. No closet or hangers for hanging clothes, no irons/ironing boards in...
