This 31 m² ground-floor apartment features a living room with a terrace and television, and an open kitchen equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Sleeping arrangements include a double sofa bed in the living room and two bunk beds in the entrance hall. The apartment includes a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. Guests have access to a ski room, laundry facilities in the building (extra charge), and an outdoor parking space, subject to availability. Pets are welcome.

The residence is ideally situated just 100 meters from the cable car and snowpark, with shops and restaurants nearby. Guests are required to pay a tourist tax and a refundable deposit.
