”Clean rooms, great views with balconies. Great customer service.Highly recommeded. The only thing that has taken me aback was a paid roof top swimming pool, but the fee was acceptable for one off use. It is 20 min walk from train station. 20 min walk from the cable car view.”

”Room was clean but furniture definitely could be updated.
Had a little hiccup at check-in. Staff were okay. Not particularly nice or kind but not rude. Cleaning gal was nice.
Breakfast was okay. We stayed 3 nights. Since the menu was the same everyday it got a little boring.
We booked a corner ocean view. They gave us a high floor but it was only partial ocean view. One side was city and the ugly roof of the aquarium building across the street. It would have been more appropriate for the...

”Extremely clean and beautiful hotel. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the staff is very helpful and the convenience store within the hotel is very convenient.
However, the restaurant is very expensive. Rooms aren't very soundproof so you can easily hear people speaking in other rooms or things happening outside, even with the windows closed.
The location is also not ideal if you have to rely on public transit.”

”Hotel location is convenient and walking distance to cable cars and OhDong Island. It feels safe to walk at night. Staff are friendly and amenities were sufficient for our stay. Breakfast buffet was really good so try to book the breakfast buffet at the time of booking in order to get a discount; otherwise it is 50,000 won.”

”On our first night, the whole light was off. I had to call the reception desk to fix the light, and all of us was waiting for the fix. we were so exhausted, just waiting... we couldn't even take a shower or anything. It took almost an hour to complete fix. On the next day, I couldn't turn the light off..... I had to call the reception to fix it again... They said sorry, but I'm not sure whether it was right approach to handle this issue.
Second of all, except for Tesla super charger, there were...
