Domaine de L'arbre du magnan – Cottage in Southern Ardèche

We welcome you from 4:00 p.m., with check-out scheduled for 10:00 a.m.



As the property is located in the center of the village, we kindly ask you to respect the peace and quiet of the area.



We provide:



- Tea towels, tablecloths, bath mats, hand towels.

- Magazines, hiking and walking guides for the region, tourist information, and a calendar of local events.



The accommodation is also equipped with:



- Trash bags, sponges, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper.

- Basic food items (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, etc.), which should be replaced before your departure to help future guests.



A cleaning service is available for an extra fee. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided as an option for an extra fee.



You will enjoy private terraces with no overlooking neighbors. You will share with other residents the enclosed 3,500 m² grounds, which offer ample parking, a pool area (accessible until 9:30 p.m.) with a 54 m² swimming pool and a large, well-equipped pool house, as well as a pétanque court.



For smokers: please smoke only outside.
