This 180 m² air-conditioned house, arranged over three levels, offers high-end amenities for a truly relaxing stay. The ground floor features a spacious, light-filled living area encompassing a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge, as well as a first suite with a double bed (140x190 cm) and its own private bathroom. On the second floor, the former chapel, now a relaxation lounge, leads to two elegant master suites, each equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a private bathroom. The top floor is dedicated to family rooms, including a suite with two single beds (90x190 cm), one of which is a bunk bed, and a flexible bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) and two pull-out beds available upon request. All five bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, and three separate toilets complete the accommodation. Outside, a heated swimming pool (open from May to September, weather permitting), a pool house with a summer kitchenette, a covered terrace, a pergola, a foosball table, children's play equipment, and a large meadow invite you to share precious moments together. For absolute comfort, beds are made before your arrival, towels are provided, and end-of-stay cleaning is included. North of the Loire River, at the gateway to Burgundy, between the Beaujolais Vert and Roannais regions, Le Valvert welcomes up to 10 to 12 people in a protected environment where peace and nature reign. Behind its magnificent yellow stone facade, typical of the Charlieu region, this house, dating from 1850, reveals its full character: antique terracotta tiles, exposed beams, generous proportions, and above all, a beautifully restored former chapel whose original stained-glass window now illuminates an elegant lounge. Surrounding the house, a hectare of meadow offers an unobstructed view of the countryside.
