”It was one of the biggest resorts I've ever stayed in. From the smell of the rooms, to the state of the art relaxation pool tech, sauna, showers, amenities... the staff service and attentiveness was second to none, some one even ran to the resteraunts on the property to get us menus so we could decide before walking there. Honestly, one of the most looked after holidays i have had. 15/10 would recommend to any and everyone!”

”When arrived (late at sunday night), the whole hotel was run out towels. We didn't get even a hand towel. The recepcionist was not the friendliest - we need to ask towels three times before he told us the situation. We got our towels on morning. ”

”Hotel was ok, but nothing special. A bit far from everything else but the big mosque. Room was clean but quite cold. There is a cooking corner but not any items to cook with. Not even glasses. Breakfast was nice but otherwise don't bother to go to hotel reataurant, too expensive for that quality of food. We arrived after 4pm and still had to wait to get the room 'cause it was being cleaned.”

”The hospitality of the personnel was exceptional. Everyone knew exactly what to do with smile. As it was off-season there were no sunbeds by the pool, but they were arranged every day just for us. The room was comfortable and bed was great. The breakfast was versatile. The location beside the tram stop was positive as well. ”

”On arrival we were upgraded to a beautiful executive suite with access to the executive lounge. The suite was stunning and gave us plenty of space and comfort. Upon visiting the executive lounge, we were greeted by Naseem who waited on us for the next 2 nights. He was very friendly and accommodating and definitely made our stay at the hotel more comfortable. The breakfasts at the hotel were amazing - loads of choice and well presented. ”
