”I checked in and out in 4 minutes! The hotel is really a long term stay place for all kinds of people. It’s smells homeless. In and out. People have their pets living in these hotels. Roaches and bugs are in the rooms and hallways. I said something to the front desk lady and she refused to refund me. Mind you I was out within 4 minutes. She said she didn’t smell anything as she was spraying febreeze at the front counter”

”It was pretty nice, the staff were friendly and helpful at all times , I had an issue with the AC because when I woke up the floor was wet but as soon as I called in, they went in to check it out and cleaned it, let us know the issue and what not to do with the AC! It kind of smells like cigarettes outside , but overall , everything is nice . It’s pretty close to fast food places and the dollar tree. So whatever you need, it will be there !”

”This was the nastiest room I’ve ever stayed in. Hair on the counters, hair in the shower, linens were actually dirty (one of them looked like it had blood on it?!?). The sheets on the bed… the actual sheets on the made-bed, were full of different hairs and dirty spots. There was actually a tampon tucked into the night stand next to the bed. Seriously. (Thank God it was still in the package, but gross). Also there was something gross stuck on the nightstand. I complained but they said “we...

”Room had a musty/mildew smell to it. TV remote would not change channels. Front desk stated no one on site to fix and then it worked long enough to change to one other channel and never worked again so we were stuck watching the same stay for our entire stay. I know it is first world problems but for over $200 a night that is the least I expect. When I informed the front desk the following morning all I got was I’m sorry we don’t have staff onsite to fix problems. I will not stay here again on...

”I was just there for a quick overnight between flying in and sailing out. The property and room were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative that I found was that, while there was a mini-kitchen area, with small fridge and microwave, there was no access to any sort of items to use the microwave. Not even a paper towel to place something on while heating it. A paper plate and set of plastic utensils would have made all the difference. With this in mind,...
