All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor, offering privacy and convenience. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed, private bath, and a 50-inch brand new LG smart TV, creating a luxurious haven. A delightful loft adds a touch of charm to this serene space.

The 2nd bedroom features a cozy queen bed, while the large bedroom/bonus room boasts another queen bed, a 43-inch LG smart TV, comfortable couch, skylights, and ample storage in mirrored closets. A kids' table and chairs ensure our younger guests have their special space to enjoy.

Connected to the bonus room, the fourth bedroom offers a comfortable full bed. Convenient USB and outlets at each bedside ensure modern connectivity.

We prioritize your comfort and provide high-quality cotton sheets (680+ count) for all beds, so you can indulge in a restful night's sleep.

On the 1st floor, the living room beckons you with a 65-inch smart TV, a Yamaha piano, a bookcase, and plush seating, including a sofa couch/bed and three comfortable chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, water boiler, Instant pot, air fryer, handheld blender, Oster blender, and a stick blender—perfect for whipping up culinary delights.

The dining room boasts an expansive table, seating up to 12 people, and a charming breakfast area with a round table and four chairs.

Step outside into the lush 0.9-acre land and experience pure bliss. The fenced backyard offers a delightful escape, featuring a set of black metal table with four chairs, a commercial Char-Boil gas grill with grill utensils, a fire pit surrounded by 9 Adirondack chairs, a child playhouse, a hammock, and a metal bench chair.

For families with young children, the toddler bed and pack n' play can be easily stored away or placed in any room of your choice. Additionally, we offer air mattresses and extra bedding for added convenience.

The guests can access any parts of the house except the attic storage space, a small hallway closet and the garage which we are using for storage.
Other things to note
The house has a full-house system for the well water and a septic system that is maintained regularly. The house also has one skylight in the MBR and two skylights in the bonus room with removable blinds.
