”From the moment of my arrival, the staff was wonderful. My room was wonderful, it was exactly like advertised, "ocean view'. The sound of the waves was great. The breakfast everyday was a dream, the food was cooked to order. Nice touch! Not a bland generic buffet. The staff ~ what can I say, Titus and the crew, EXCELLENT customer service. Rest, relaxation in a serene environment is what I was looking for and it was what I got. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves very much.”

”This used to be a great hotel just few years ago. I've stayed here on many occasions on my trips to Ghana. Heard its under a new management and they are doing a poor job maintaining this facility. Pros: -The staff I met were friendly as always. Their old manager used to engage with the customers and sometimes will request to join you for breakfast. Customers really looked forward to that. Heard the new manager is not about that life. -Breakfast was good but the varieties now compared to the last...

”What an awful experience,where do I start? A few days before my trip I contacted the property. The owner first said he couldn't host me because he was fully booked and asked me to cancel the reservation. After a few exchanges he said he could host me if I booked directly with him (at a higher price than what I had booked). At that time I could no longer cancel my reservation without paying any fee so, after he said he wouldn't respect my reservation I reported the issue to Expedia. Not so happy...

”Room was clean, staff very helpful and responsive. Included breakfast had a range of options. Due to family activities, we did not get to use the pool, but looked very clean and inviting. Beds are quite firm. AC worked very well. Will definitely stay again the next time we are in town visiting family.”

”Room isn’t cleaned unless you ask them to, bit nobody tells you that when you check in. Even hanging the sign asking the maid to clean the room didnt work. I still came back 8 hours later to an uncleaned room. At buffet breakfast there were flies everywhere. This could have easily been solved with mosquito coils bit I only got glaring looks when I suggested it. ”

”The property had no running water in my room no towels desk manager did not have my reservation no wifi main lobby had 1 single light on air conditioner was minimal at best. I had reserved for 2 days but left after 1 day ”

”Receptionist asked me for payment when I tried to check out. He put me on hold for a while just to confirm. I wonder why when I had already made payments days before coming there and yet he put me through such stress. ”

”The best hotel we’ve stayed in so far. The environment makes you feel like you are king or some type of government official lol. I love everything about the place. Beautiful view of the ocean, beautiful view of the community and the mountains. The foods are amazingly homemade delicious. Peaceful, quite and elegance. ”

”Confusion about location. Google map was very wrong. Took time to find it. Suggest this be fixed. Rooms were nice, and location good. ”

”This hotel is in a hidden place and difficult to access. It was a nightmare. We also called in advance and could've been warned by staff. I'll rather not share the rest of the experience”
