”The room was clean, it was very easy to check in. We had no issues during our stay.”

There is no security and people kept propping stairway door to outside open at night. Our keys cancelled out because staff person who gave us 3 keys did not know room card system can only handle two keys. It took hours to check in - not clear why. Our room had water damage under window.”

”When we were there, our floor, including our room smelled of feces. We checked other floors and they didn’t smell like that. We asked the front desk for assistance and they told us to just run the water. It did not help. We asked for other rooms, they said they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate that. They did not do anything to assist, nor did they provide anything to comp us for the terrible smell on our floor and in our rooms, except give us an air freshener spray, but only when we...

”My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. The whole place was super clean. There was a fridge full of water, o.j., creamer, bagel variety and other items to snack on such as bananas, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, etc. We met one of the hosts who was wonderful. Various activities and places to eat listed on a white board. Very organized and helpful. Would highly recommend and will be coming back. ”

”There was an overwhelming scent on arrival— like a combination of bad cologne and cleaning product. Our room was the same and windows could not be opened. The place is worn out and though generally clean, things like cracks in sink, sloppy caulking, and stained toilet made it feel dirty.”
