”Cozy inn. Very comfortable bed. Bath is very nice wit double sinks and deep tub. Bedroom is very small but it has a small fridge and a sofa. Our bathroom not negative is that it’s hard to find even after being there a few days. The sign and driveway are tucked into foliage and the street traffic is moving along and you must come to a dead stop. Even so I would stay here again. The innkeeper was lovely and very helpful and accommodating!”

”This hotel was very nice. We weren’t driving so we needed a convenient location, and this was perfect. Literally across the street from the Hyannis Transportation Center and an 8 or 9 minute walk from both the Hy-Line and Steamship Authority docks. The room was clean and roomy with 2 big beds, a big TV, AC and a nice little balcony to sit in the sun. Free breakfast was included and it was very nice (and different every day). For some reason they didn’t make the beds on our last night but that’s...

”The staff was amazing. Everyone was friendly and willing to help you with anything, from dinner recommendations, sites to see, parking, helping with bags and helping to install the top on my jeep.”

”Very quiet, kind staff, very clean and very convenient hotel. It is a bit dated in many ways, but that adds to the charm and the Cape Cod experience. Would return anytime.”

”In general, a nice place to stay. There was a mix up on my part as to the type of cottage I booked, but the manager accommodated my needs and did not charge the room cost difference due to the inconvenience. ”
