Mökit – Chappaquiddick Island

”Enjoyed staying here. House is on a private lot, quiet neighborhood. Close to beach and Chappy Ferry. Plenty of space in the house and it has all the amenities. It was nice not to have to pack and bring beach chairs or beach towels or linens. Would definitely stay again.”

”Check in took 45 minutes; they blamed Expedia and charged me more for the realigning balance than what my receipt said. The Club House is nice and modern. You can tell the campers are beaten up: doors do not close, chipped wood on doors and cabinets. Dirty floor only swept not mopped. Broken rails on the deck.”

”Came here over 4th of July weekend. Hotel seemed quite full. Next to no parking and when we did find a space, it was quite a distance from the room. In the late hours (after midnight) people congregated in the halls and it was noisy. Some person even bumped into our door. In the room above us, noise from stomping of feet echoed through the ceiling. Needless to say, we were unable to fall asleep as our security was impaired. ”I was quite worried after reading a previous review on what we were going to experience during our stay at the Carleton Circle, but we were on a strict budget so I decided to try it. ”The room had ants everywhere. The hotel room was old and only the bed may have been updated. You had to walk down the street to another hotel to check-in. The hotel should be closed. The sister hotel down the street appeared to be much better. I would not recommend this hotel unless you don’t mind ants crawling all over everything.”
