”Lobby was very dark. The sitting area had lights off. Very off-putting for a first impression. Walls need paint, smell of a harsh lemon cleaner or fragrance to try to smell clean was very heavy in the air. The tub faucet was cracked and not draining properly. The staff was unable to print my receipt since I booked through Expedia. Would not plan to stay here again. ”

”I paid for a non-smoking room, and the smell of fresh cigarettes was terrible. But that wasn't the worst part; they gave me a FILTHY room. There were stains of personal fluids on the bed and pillows, a dirty refrigerator, and trash everywhere. When I complained, they didn't even apologize; they just gave me another room, and obviously, I couldn't sleep well or trust the cleaning. My body was itchy. The most disgusting experience I've ever had.”

”Unfortunately, the blankets on the bed were extremely thin and because they had a large group of people that had checked out when we arrived, they did not have any "clean" extra blankets for the beds, so they provide us with two bedskirts, which I thought was odd. So, we had to drive to a nearby Walmart and purchase two comforters. When checking out, the staff did not appear to sympathize with the inconvenience of us having to provide our own blankets. ”
