”Clean room, all good, thank you.”

”Glad it was only one night as the bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Arrived at 7.15pm which was after hours as the reception shut at 7pm, so the person checking me in was not happy, despite living in the room next to reception, and was out brushing their teeth in the hallway when I left in the morning. Left at 7am so only used the room and bathroom no other areas of the house.”

”Nothing really negative or positive to report - just a normal stay really.”

”The property was on beautiful, Spacious, Clean & Close to amenities. My family really enjoyed it.”

”Very old property that needs some work. Room very small. To many stairs to climb. Windows rattly. Had to put paper in it.”

”All was good”

”Siisti iso huone, hyvä kolmelle hengelle.”

”Spacious single private room and a comfortable bed for a great sleep. Good value.”

”No customer service at all - asked re transport to airport as advised previously however seeing the boss was away there was none. Make sure if you book this hotel don't bring a huge bag as you will be carrying it upstairs - ate at the restaurant last night ordered Thai prawn curry however had to peel the prawns which were mixed into the curry - would not stay here again or recommend it unless you like very basic accommodation with the price tag that's not worth it”

”We had a 3 bedroom for a family of 6. Really spacious and clean. Good location. Staff were really helpful - quick check in and helped us change the bedding arrangement in one of our rooms.”

”Very comfy bed and lovely quiet room. A huge shoutout to Will, a happy, pleasant young man who could not do enough for us. Thank you Will for an amazing breakfast experience. One disappointing thing for breakfast was if you drank coffee you got it for free BUT I don’t drink coffee but if I wanted a hot chocolate I had to pay for it. (Because they don’t put hot chocolate in the free machine anymore). I thought that was unfair. We pre-purchased parking for $10 per night, well worth it. All...

”Pros: Convenient location, convenient on-site parking (although very limited), and the room and detached private bathroom basic but adequate. Check in was very easy and the staff member very thorough and friendly. Cons: Items in the room were a little dated and in need of maintenance/replacement, and while the bedding, flooring and bathroom were clean - other items like the TV remote and some surfaces were not very clean. Being an older building with a narrow hallway, there was a lot of noise...

”Fantastic value for money. Stayed in a 2-bed apartment, was incredibly spacious. Having the laundry to do the kids clothes over a long stay was very handy. The staff were absolutely terrific with communications - quick to respond via Expedia messaging and facilitated all our requests. The one thing was I do wish they'd given us fresh towels everyday which they're supposed to. Admittedly, all I had to do was ask but I had troubled them with so many things that they'd been helpful with that I felt...
