”This is my absolute favorite hotel! My partner and I stayed here 2 nights to attend a craft fair and will be choosing Mariott every year from now on! The key to our door was malfunctioning the night we arrived and the employees/manager were so helpful! They had it fixed the very next morning and it truly showed us how important our comfort and safety was to them. Overall it was a wonderful experience, beautiful room, and delicious breakfast! Apparently April didn’t check me in correctly even though a deposit was taken, and they assigned my room to another lady as well. She was just as startled. Went to front desk, took 10-15 mins to fix. No real apology just everything is fixed. Came back after work, keys didn’t work. At check in I wasn’t told about breakfast, workout room nothing. April didn’t really say anything...

I found no indication on website about the lack of an elevator either on their website or Expedia's. I would think Expedia would want to correct this lack of...
